Early in 2020, and after 30+ years in Corporate Leadership, I decided to create Simpler Change Ltd and work to help organisations simplify technology dependent change, putting to good use everything that I had learnt through these years as a successful Corporate Executive, CIO and Advisor in FTSE & NYSE firms.

And when we have delivered the promised outcome, we will move onto another project, not extend the assignment for our benefit.

We will always look at your problem or ambition as your very important problem or ambition, and provide a tailored solution, not as a templated one.

And we will do it with great flexibility. You are the client, you decide what you need and what you can afford. We can offer hours, days or weeks. And we can structure the relation through a fixed price, a retainer or pay as you go. We can work in your offices, or we can work remotely. We will simply adapt to your needs.
Our only condition is that you are comfortable with the structure of the assignment. If we can not do what you need from us or what you can afford, we will say no instead of mis-selling a service in the hope that it will work.
